Since 1978, the Telly Awards have honored the very best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions, and work created for the Web. The 31st Annual Telly Awards received over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents.

years old - Dependent of a parent who was catastrophically or fatally injured in a
work-related accident - Enrolled as a full-time student at a
university, technical school or
high school
